Why we're building DoRizz.

We watched smart, kind, busy people — friends, family, ourselves — burn out on dating apps. Endless swiping. Fake profiles. Photo-filtered strangers. Conversations that went nowhere. Hours given to platforms whose business model quietly worked against the very thing we were there to find.

The truth is uncomfortable: most dating apps make more money the longer you stay single. The longer you swipe, the better their numbers look. So they optimized for engagement — not for you actually meeting someone real.

We wanted something different. A platform where every member is verified. Where compatibility is taken seriously. Where AI is used to keep you safe, not to keep you scrolling. Where success means you leave the app — because you found who you were looking for.
